Blog 7: Independent Component 1 Approval
Content:
1) I plan to take regular yoga classes at the 24 hr fitness near my house. Each class may have a different instructor so as a result I wouldn't be practicing just one type of yoga. I would be practicing multiple from multiple teacher's experience.
2) I think if I head over to the gym to take classes 3 times a week for a period of 2 months then that should be sufficient to meet the 30 hour minimum.
3) This relates to my working eq because I'm focusing more on the health aspect of yoga, and the best way to learn something is to do something.
