My goal is to put that statement to the test.
3. What is your hypothesis?
If a person who does not practice yoga on a regular basis begins to do a yoga routine for several minutes a day, then their heart beat will change significantly after the practice is done.
4. Write a paragraph summary of how you will perform the experiment. Include the tools you plan on using.
I plan to devise a 10-15 min. yoga routine and have 22 people practice for several days. I will record their heartbeat before and after they conduct the exercise. Once the data is collected I will compare the data and analyze the results.
