"No matter how poorly you do it or how stressed you are, you're going to get this guaranteed de-stressing, relaxing, anti-civilization effect on yoga."
My goal is to put that statement to the test.

3. What is your hypothesis?
If a person who does not practice yoga on a regular basis begins to do a yoga routine for several minutes a day, then their heart beat will change significantly after the practice is done.

4. Write a paragraph summary of how you will perform the experiment.  Include the tools you plan on using.
